We are a friendly community in the heart of Brecksville, OH. The Chippewa Hills development is comprised of 61 homes on approximately 38 acres.

We are a self-managed HOA. Our streets are owned and managed by the development. Membership dues pay for landscaping, snow plowing, and maintenance of the common areas.

Being close to Route 77 and the Ohio Turnpike, our location provides easy access for travel in any direction. Its 20 minutes to Cleveland, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, or Akron.

The Chippewa Hills development is approximately 1 mile from the center of Brecksville, OH, where there is shopping, restaurants, and offices.

Brecksville has its own Recreation Center that residents can join for a low yearly fee, which offers many amenities and special events.

We are also very close to the Brecksville Reservation, the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, which offers golf courses, hiking trails, scenic overlooks, historical landmarks, and access to the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
